The Bielefeld association of fellow artists (BBK) honored Wilma Wiegmann in January with a special exhibit at the association's gallery space, Ravensberger Spinnerei. The show focused on works of the last few years, mostly large scale colorful paintings, and included a dramatic painting she finished on the final day of her life. Title of the show was "Giving Color to Life", reflecting one of the artist's credos.
